In short: TAC7 does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Marcado Studios ("we", "our", "us") handles information in connection with the TAC7 mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you enter

The App asks for your sex, bodyweight, height and preferred units, and lets you record test results, dates and optional notes on how you felt. This data is used on your device to calculate your personal targets, tiers and achievements.

This data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled for the App, it is synced through Apple's CloudKit to your own private iCloud database so it is available on your other devices. We have no access to your private iCloud data.

Information we collect

We do not collect, receive or store any personal data. The App does not use analytics, advertising, session recording or tracking, and it does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

An optional onboarding question asks where you heard about TAC7. Your answer is stored on your device only.

Content updates

The App may download updated test content (such as protocols and standards) from our servers. These requests contain no personal data, cookies or identifiers.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs how your purchase information is handled.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off at any time in the App or in iOS Settings.

Deleting your data

You can delete all of your data from within the App's settings, or by deleting the App. To remove synced data, you can also delete TAC7's data from iCloud in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
