Health and safety

TAC7 provides fitness standards, test protocols and progress tracking. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Physical testing is strenuous: consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, train within your limits, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Water tests: never practise underwater or breath-hold work alone. Shallow-water blackout can happen without warning. Always have a trained, attentive partner or lifeguard present.

You perform all tests and training at your own risk.

Subscriptions and billing

TAC7 requires an auto-renewing subscription: annual, monthly or weekly. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Marcado Studios is not liable for any injury, loss or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of TAC7.
