How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app → [your name] → Subscriptions → TAC7, then choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or period ends to avoid being charged.

How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open TAC7 and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.

Why is my tier lower than most of my results?

TAC7 uses the weakest-link rule: your overall tier is set by your weakest Test, with at most two Tests allowed one tier below. Your limiter Tests are shown on the Overview — they are the fastest way up.

Can I change the standards?

No. You choose which Tests are in your Battery, but the thresholds are fixed so every tier means the same thing for everyone.

Where is my data?

On your device, and in your private iCloud if iCloud is on. We don't have an account system or a copy of your data. See the Privacy Policy.
